Modular House is single storey building with simple in design, walls and roof is made of heat insulation materials.

Wall: is abio-composite material with multi-layer fortified fiberglass net and without any asbestos and other baleful material inside. It will not emit smoke and gas when the board fires. The incombustibility is complying to GB8624-1997A standard. The core material is paper honeycomb or XPS board whose physics character is very stable. The panel and core physics and chemistryaracters. the lightest board is 16kg/m2, and it has special tenon for quick installation. The board material are very stable and resist aging, and the useful life is up to 50 years, which is the prefered material for new construction wall.

Light-steel structure: modular houses is made of light-steel structure and cold-formed thin steel as the form, coalescent the board to become a slab-rib system, it make the house more stably. the columnniation is made of square steel tube which is anticorrosive painted, they are holding down to the foundation by blot. gird and crossbeam is made of c-shaped section steel, they work with the roof system and the columniation on  by steel frame conncetions.
